How can you be good at learning?
你(nǐ)怎麽做才能(néng)掌握學習呢(ne)?
The first thing is when you are learning you must ensure that the quality of input is really high, you must be paying 100% attention to it.
首先,當你(nǐ)在學習時(shí),你(nǐ)必須确保輸入的質量非常高(gāo),你(nǐ)必須要做到(dào)百分之百地專注于它。
Now most people just focus too much on input, they go to seminars, they read books, they watch videos, they listen to podcast they follow up blogs. Well, there's nothing wrong with learning, but the problem is you learn so much input without output.
現(xiàn)在大(dà)多數人太過專注于輸入,他(tā)們參加研讨會(huì),讀書,看(kàn)視(shì)頻,聽播客,關注博客等方式學習。大(dà)量的學習并沒有錯,但(dàn)問題是你(nǐ)學習了(le)太多的輸入性的知(zhī)識卻沒有把這(zhè)些(xiē)知(zhī)識輸出。
What's the point of learning something if you can't implement it and benefit from this? All of us don't want shallow learning, we want deep learning.
如果你(nǐ)不能(néng)實施并從(cóng)中受益,那麽學習的意義何在呢(ne)? 我們都不想要膚淺的學習,我們想要深刻的學習。
If you are learning without implementation, you will get an illusion of competence. You feel you've learned it, you feel you're competent, but it's not competence at all, because you haven't implemented it.
如果你(nǐ)隻學習而不實踐,你(nǐ)就會(huì)産生一種能(néng)力的錯覺。你(nǐ)會(huì)感覺到(dào)你(nǐ)已經學會(huì)了(le)的錯覺,你(nǐ)覺得你(nǐ)有能(néng)力,但(dàn)這(zhè)根本不是能(néng)力,因爲你(nǐ)沒有實施它,它還隻是一種感覺。
When you learn something, share it with other people. If you don't know it well, if you don't want to teach others, just discuss it. It will help your brain to pay more attention and then you will be on your path to mastery.
當你(nǐ)學到(dào)什(shén)麽東西時(shí),請(qǐng)與他(tā)人分享這(zhè)些(xiē)知(zhī)識。如果你(nǐ)并沒有很(hěn)了(le)解它,如果你(nǐ)不想教别人,可以讨論它。讨論知(zhī)識的過程将幫助你(nǐ)的大(dà)腦(nǎo)集中更多的注意力,然後你(nǐ)将走上(shàng)你(nǐ)的掌握之路。
When you output what you learned with others, pay attention to the time you used. You should at least spend two times more input than on output and when you do that you are well on your way to being successful.
